Kulcha Multicultural Arts of WA is dedicated to promoting, presenting and developing culturally and linguistically diverse arts throughout the state.
Kulcha Multicultural Arts of Western Australia was established in 1983 as the Ethnic Music Centre. In 1997, Kulcha relocated from the remotely located North Perth Town Hall to a purpose equipped music venue in the centre of the City of Fremantle, where the office is also located.
